Bennington Arts Weekend is an annual celebration of the arts taking place on the first weekend in August.  Anchor events for the 2019 weekend included the Southern Vermont Craft Fair (August 2-4) and the Southern Vermont Homebrew Festival (August 3). 

 

On the evening of Saturday, August 3, as a showcase event for the weekend, the Better Bennington Corporation and the Bennington Area Arts Council presented a concert in the downtown Masonic Hall (504 Main Street) at 7pm by Alex Torres & His Latin Orchestra.

Thanks to underwriting support from the Town of Bennington, as well as the support of our generous business sponsors- Bennington Potters, The Law Offices of Jon Cohen, and MSK Engineering and Design- over 140 attendees enjoyed this free concert.
